We will process and deliver your order as quickly as possible!
The average delivery time is between 1-5 business days . Items in stock ordered before 2:00 PM are usually processed the same day. Note: Pre-orders or pre-stock orders have a different delivery time. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of production. FREE Shipping throughout the Netherlands for orders over €50. Orders under €50 cost €7.95 as standard.
Orders to Belgium and Germany have a standard rate from € 9.99 *Prices are subject to change* These are calculated after you enter your address in the shopping cart.
Different rates apply for our other international shipments. Returns are at your own expense. You can read more about this in our returns policy .
ORDERED TODAY & IN STOCK?
Please place your order as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day. If in stock, we'll ship it.
Below is the diagram for stock articles:
- Monday Ordered before 2pm, delivered tomorrow
- Tuesday Ordered before 2pm, delivered tomorrow
- Ordered before 2pm on Wednesday , delivered tomorrow
- Ordered before 2pm on Thursday , delivered tomorrow
- Ordered before 2pm on Friday , delivered tomorrow
- Saturday ordered = delivered on Tuesday
- Ordered before 2pm on Sunday = delivered on Tuesday
Please note: By stock items we mean items that we already have in operation on location.

Pre-Order/ Re-Stock Delivery Times
Orders that are still in production or are in production take an average of 14 business days to process. After we receive our delivery, the orders are shipped. This can take an average of 3-4 weeks. But it's definitely worth it for the quality!
Stock and collection in Suriname?
Yes! Some items are already in stock in Suriname. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +31 06 28 33 92 49. Let us know which item you're looking for, and we'll tell you if your desired item is in stock in Suriname and where you can pick it up. Payment can be made in cash upon pickup.

Would you prefer a different pickup location than those listed below? We'll first check what's possible from within the Netherlands.
If your desired location is not available through our shipping partner, we can unfortunately only ship to one of the official pickup addresses listed on our website.
By placing an order you agree that:
* Any freight, handling, and/or customs charges are your responsibility.
* Ai Waka is not responsible for damage to the package or contents.
* We are not liable for any loss or missing package.
* Delivery time; Average 7-10 working days.
Shipments to the Caribbean are handled by Nandan.nl
Shipping for Suriname is via Surinam Cargo
