RETURN POLICY
Exchange and right of withdrawal
1. The Buyer is obligated to carefully inspect the products immediately upon receipt. Agreements with consumers/buyers concluded through the website or in any other manner involving the exclusive use of electronic communication are subject to the right of withdrawal without penalty and without giving reasons.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the retailer with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
To exercise this right, you must contact us via our Contact form or email shop@aiwaka.nl. After consultation, you can return your order, prepaid, along with the completed cancellation form (received after registering your return). We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been shipped in good condition.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose seal has been broken, whose attached tag has been removed and/or which contain personally created products.
2. If the consumer/buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal as stated in the previous paragraph, Ai WAKA will ensure reimbursement of the purchase amount paid by the consumer/buyer within 14 days, minus the contribution to the shipping costs and any banking costs incurred.
Excluded from returns are:
- Opened consumables
- Items with personalized touches * such as names and/or (specific) texts *. These are also considered custom items. Furthermore, Ai WAKA is not responsible for orders containing spelling errors or errors in the submitted design . All information provided for personalizing items is copied exactly. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct information and/or design.
- Items manufactured to the buyer's order.
- Items purchased other than through the webshop.
aiwaka.nl reserves the right to refuse returned products or to refund only a portion of the invoice amount if the product packaging is damaged.
Personalized items are excluded from returns. If the customer is dissatisfied with the item, they must notify aiwaka.nl within 14 business days . If the customer is reasonably dissatisfied with the product (this means the item has not been used, has not been damaged, or is no longer usable), Ai WAKA will do its utmost to resolve the complaint. If the cause of dissatisfaction arises from negligence or breach of contract by Ai WAKA, Ai WAKA will resolve the complaint, possibly in the form of compensation (not damages).
Exchange product?
Would you like to exchange your product (excluding personal items)? That's no problem at all. Unfortunately, sale/clearance/Black Friday products cannot be exchanged. We prefer to resolve this with a credit note. You can contact shop@aiwaka.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
I provided an incorrect shipping address!
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll then try to change the order for you.
