At Ai Waka, we work with limited drops and pre-stock . Our jerseys are produced in small quantities to maintain high quality and prevent waste. Therefore, we work with clear batch planning and production times. Below you'll find all the information about our jersey delivery times.

🔶 How our drops work

Some countries appear as pre-order or pre-stock . This doesn't mean there's no stock, but that:

● the stock has already been planned, calculated or is in production ,

● or is on its way to our warehouse .

Orders are always linked to a batch that is guaranteed to arrive .
So we never sell unlimited quantities or separate “waiting lists”.

🔶 What is pre-stock?

Pre-stock means:

● your jersey is already part of a production in progress ,

● or it is already on its way to us ,

So the stock already exists, only the delivery to Ai Waka still has to take place.

Once your order is linked to a batch already in production, it cannot be cancelled .

As soon as your batch arrives with us, we will ship your order immediately.

1. Pre-order or pre-stock

● Production time:
20–25 days

● Transport + processing:
approximately 14 days

● ➡️ Total expected delivery time:
maximum 5–6 weeks

These periods are estimates. No rights can be derived from them.
Ai Waka is not responsible for any delays in production or international shipping partners.

On-site inventory

If we already have the stock in stock, we will ship within 1–2 business days .

The product page always clearly states which batch your order belongs to.
