At Ai Waka, we strive for quality, satisfied customers, and products that are worn with pride. However, it can happen that something isn't quite right. Below, you can read how we'll work with you to resolve it.
Warranty:
We stand behind the quality of our products.
You have the right to a good product – that is to say: what you buy must meet what you can reasonably expect.
If an item shows a manufacturing defect within 14 days of purchase, please contact us.
We assess the complaint and offer, depending on the situation:

Replacement of the product, or

Restore (if possible), or

Refund of the purchase amount.

Warranty does not apply to:
Wear and tear from normal use.
Damage due to misuse, incorrect washing or self-made adjustments.

Your name and order number

A brief description of the complaint

Possibly a photo of the problem

We will respond within 5 working days with a suitable proposal.

If the problem cannot be resolved immediately, we will keep you informed of progress.
