TWENTY4SVN, also known as 24SVN Beveiliging, was founded by Chayden Richardinho Eind. He will be entering his 15th year as a security guard in 2025. Besides security, Chayden works daily on his retail business (webshop). The usual TWENTY4SVN has been changed to Ai WAKA. You can read more about this at AiWAKA.nl
In 2010, Chayden Richardinho successfully completed his Social Cultural Worker (MBO-4) program. His decision was made: he wouldn't continue studying, but would enter the job market. The only question was: what kind of work really suits him?
After several part-time jobs in retail stores, he felt it was time for a new challenge. He began his career as an airport security officer through Trigion Aviation Security. Although working as an airport security officer isn't always exciting, he learned a great deal there in terms of reporting, emergency response (through regular testing), de-escalation, and hospitality.
He was later hired by I-SEC Netherlands. Although airport security companies largely apply the same rules, each company still has its own unique approach. He also gained valuable experience at I-SEC and served as Dedicated Team Leader.
Chayden has also developed his skills in private security and as an independent entrepreneur. He has worked as a security guard for Booking.com, an international bank in the Zuidas business district, a Heineken brewery, a German embassy, and as an event host, at GGD locations, museums, and various COA (Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers).
Object security has become a key pillar of his work. This area of security aligns well with his skills and interests.
What makes being self-employed even more appealing is that Richardinho can easily combine it with his other passions: his webshop and his creative endeavors as an artist, singer, and rapper. Thanks to his experience writing lyrics—including for his music—he excels at creating detailed service reports and specific reports.
Richardinho is naturally empathetic. His stage experience also helps him win people over – a valuable skill in preventing or de-escalating difficult situations.
