At Ai Waka, we regularly run pre-order or pre-stock promotions . This allows you to be the first to order an exclusive item before it goes into production, or while our new inventory is still in production. Our pre-orders are top-quality and often well worth the wait.

How does a Pre-Order work?

* A pre-order campaign lasts an average of 14 days .

* After these 14 days (or as soon as the target number of pre-orders has been reached) production will start.

* Production takes on average 3–4 weeks .

* We'll then receive the items and ship them directly to you . 👉🏾 On average, you can expect your order within 5–6 weeks . The estimated delivery date is always listed on the product page.

At Ai Waka, we consciously choose small, careful production runs . Many of our items, especially the cultural jerseys, are popular and therefore sell out quickly. Instead of mass production, we work with Pre-Orders/Re-Stock Orders : a system where you reserve your item while it is being re-produced.

Can you also make jerseys for other countries that are having a hard time?
Yes, we can. We do this step by step, focusing on a single situation or country at a time. We do offer the Customized Jersey option, which allows you to design your own jersey without having to wait for a pre-order.

What percentage do you donate?
For us, the donation itself is central, not the numbers. Yet, we also believe in transparency: that's why we share not only proof of our donations, but also the percentage we donate. For this collection, that's 30% of our proceeds to Humanitarian Aid in Gaza.

How long does it take to receive my order?

First of all, we ship stock orders placed before 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday.
Production begins after the pre-order period (approximately 14 days). You can expect your jersey within 5–6 weeks . The estimated delivery date can always be found on the product page.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Cancellation is only possible as long as production has not yet started.

Can I return a pre-order?

* You can return items within 30 days of receipt (with proof of purchase).

* You will receive the amount back within 14 days.

* For pre-orders linked to a donation, returns are not possible , but exchanges are.
